• Although the shelter is full about 80% of the time, beds are usually available. Call the hotline 860-527-0550 if you need emergency shelter.

• The location is kept confidential.

• It's open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

• The shelter capacity is 20. Cribs are available for infants.

• The length of stay in the shelter is six weeks, but extended stays are granted on a case-by-case basis.

• Advocacy offer supportive services and information to residents. (see Counselor/Advocates)
