• Child advocates provide services to the children of our clients living in the community or in the shelter and who are participating in our programs.

• Children are invited to attend weekly Kidshare support groups and to participate in activities that teach them appropriate ways to express their feelings.

• Children who enter the shelter receive welcome packages with age-appropriate books, snacks, pencils, etc.

• Advocates help mothers enroll their children in new schools and connect with other support systems.
